The total fee payable by the student, giving detailed break up, will be issued at the time of admission. Please keep that for your record.
1: The total fee needs to be paid in four installments as per the schedule below:
Admission Fee: At the time of Admission
Tuition Fee: 1st installment (1st to 15th Apr)
Tuition Fee: 2nd installment (1st to 15th Jul)
Tuition Fee: 3rd installment (1st to 15th Oct)
Tuition Fee: 4th installment (1st to 15th Jan)
2: The fee for the entire year could also be paid in advance.
3: In case parents wish to pay the fee through local cheques, they are requested to assure that the cheque is not returned for any reason. In case any cheque is returned (irrespective of the reason), a penalty of Rs 500 would be charged from the parents.
4: It is the duty of all the parents/ guardians to ensure that the school fee is deposited on time. Rs 10/- per day will be charged as late fee after the due dates.
5: No student will be permitted to appear for a terminal examination unless all dues have been cleared to date. A student is liable to be struck off the rolls, if arrears of fee accumulate beyond three months.
School Merit Scholarship
The school awards merit cum need scholarship to deserving students from all classes. The class teachers will submit the list of meritorious students with their achievements in the field of academic, co-curricular activities and behavior with teachers and classmates. A committee, headed by the Principal, will decide the deserving student/s for the award on the basis of their performance. Scholarship equal to 20% of the tuition fee will be given to those students who achieved success in any field at State or National level. The scholarship will be given for one academic year for the achievement of previous year. This will be applicable to new students getting admissions in the current academic session.
