1. Students must abide by the School decorum at all times.
2. Punctuality is essential and students must report to school on time.
3. No student can leave the school campus during school hours without the permission of the principal / chief administrative officer of the school.
4. No visitor will be permitted to see the pupils during school hours.
5. No student will be sent home during school hours, except in emergencies.
6. Students have to carry their diary daily.
7. No birthday celebration by way of eatables/gifts for other students and teachers are permitted. Students have to come in proper school uniform even on their birthdays.
8. Student should keep school furniture, equipment and other articles/objects in good condition. If any article is found broken in any class, all the students of that class will have to make payment to replace the damaged item. It is their collective responsibility to bear the cost.
9. Students should be respectful of the environment. They should take care of the plants and greenery and should not use poly bags.
10.Use of abusive language is strictly prohibited both inside and outside the school premises.
11.Unruly behavior like running in corridors or shouting/shrieking in school premises will invite strict disciplinary action.
12.Students, who are accompanied to the school by their parents/driver/servant, cannot leave at the end of the school day until the concerned person is there to take them back.
13.A student should take leave when not feeling well.
14.Student must not keep more than Rs 50 cash with them at any time. In case of loss, the school authorities will not be held responsible.
15.No leave will be sanctioned during the time of examinations.
16.Wearing jewellery in the school is strictly prohibited.
Request to Parents
1. Please send your ward to the school well in time otherwise he/she will be sent back to home.
2. No half day leave will be granted to your ward; in case of emergency only parents are allowed to take their ward from school.
3. Parents should come to the school to discuss the performance and progress of their wards.
4. Continuous absence for five days without any written application will automatically lead to canceling the name of your ward.
5. Send healthy and hygienic lunch with your ward. Parents bringing a lunch box for their ward should hand it over to the gatekeeper. They should not go beyond the reception
when classes are going on.
Scheme of Studies
The school will follow the scheme of studies provided by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE).
Medium of Instruction
Being purely an English Medium School, all subjects (except Hindi and Sanskrit as languages) will be taught in English.

Std I to VI 7:50 AM to 1:40 PM
Staff Timing 7:30 AM to 2:30 PM

Promotion rules
A Student will be promoted to next class if he/she fulfils the following criteria:
Attendance
A minimum of 75% attendance during the academic session. A shortage of up to 15% in the attendance (due to prolonged illness or unavoidable circumstances) may be condoned
by the Principal. In no case will a student be promoted if his/her attendance is below 60% in that academic session.
Assessment
The CCE scheme introduced by CBSE will be implemented for all the classes. Assessment will be in the form of Formative and Summative. Assessment in April, May, July,
Aug, Nov, Dec, Jan, Feb will be formative in nature and those at the end of September and March will be Summative. Assessment will be vide written as well as oral tests.
Third language
In third language, a minimum D Grade is required to be promoted to the next class, while in other subjects, the minimum requirement is C Grade.
Annual Examinations
In order to be promoted, a student has to secure at least D Grade in the Annual Examinations separately in each subject.
Meeting with Teachers
1. Parents/guardians are not allowed to walk into classrooms or corridors during school hours.
2. Those who wish to find out the progress of their child/ward may meet the concerned teachers on all working days between 1:45 PM and 2:15 PM.
Meeting with Principal
1. Parents/guardians may meet the Principal on any working day between 9:00 AM and 10:00 AM or between 1:30 PM and 2:30 PM.
2. In order to avoid inconvenience, it is advisable to fix a prior appointment with the reception.
3. Parents may give suggestions/complaints vide emails, which will be duly acknowledged.
Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs)
1. On the last day of the month there will be a Parent-Teacher meeting from 8:30 AM to 11:30 AM. The school will be off for students on that day.
2. Students (in school uniform) must accompany their parents/guardians for the PTMs.
3. Parents are advised to attend all PTMs to keep themselves abreast with their ward’s academic performance and progress.
School Uniform
School books and answer books and other stationery items will be available at the counter of school book shop from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM on all working days.
School Conveyance
Students can avail of the school transport. Parents are advised to consult the school reception for necessary details. This facility cannot be claimed by any student as his/her
right. Parents who are willing to avail of this facility should mention it at the time of admission.
